Cookie Box Therapy, or CBT, is a direct play on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and are the backbone of Cookie Therapy NY. Weekly deliveries helped see me through the early parts of the pandemic in New York City. While traffic is back in NYC, I am happy to offer bi-weekly themed boxes delivered straight to your door, giving you moments to yourself or to share with others. Therapy is presented in all forms and not limited to butter & sugar.
